Return Policy for Tes Beauty Store:

1) Buyers need to make a return request to Tes Beauty within 14 days after the product is delivered. No exceptions.

2) In order to return a product for a refund, please provide us with the reason for your return. (This input will help us continue providing only the highest quality products to our customers.)

3) If the reason for your return is “defective merchandise”, but the product is not in defective condition, it is the customer's responsibility to bear any shipping cost. (If the product is in fact defective, Tes Beauty will pay for return shipping cost.)

4) If your return application is authorized, the product and accessories need to be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION, including the product box. (Failure to do so may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.)

5) Assuming we receive the foregoing in original condition, we will issue the buyer a FULL refund or PARTIAL refund within 3 business days from the receipt and inspection of the items. (Please allow your credit card 5-7 days to apply that credit.)
