About Tes Beauty

OUR MISSION

Our history and our lives are closely intertwined with what surrounds us every day, shaping us into the people we become. That being said, we are each beautiful in our own unique ways. Part of Life is searching out that beauty in one another.

Tes Beauty was founded by three friends from very diverse backgrounds: originally from different countries, who grew up speaking different languages, who took radically different paths in life, but came together to search the world for innovative products which they believe could “change the Beauty Industry for the better”.  What they found was, beauty is more than the physical… more than topical products, expensive equipment, or technological advances – it’s a lifestyle, a process for continuous self-improvement… where everyday you strive to make yourself “a little better” than you were the day before.

In honor of that, Tes Beauty was founded in order to lead through innovation and to maintain the highest standards for the ingredients we use in our products. We work every single day to earn and maintain the loyalty and respect of our staff, our customers, our community and the world we live in, through conscious environmental practices, uncompromised quality control and the highest level of customer care.

Company Sustainability

We believe diversity is vital to our success and conduct our business with zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind. We pay livable wages and help ensure the well-being of our team by maintaining an “Open Door-To-The-Top Policy”, where any employee can schedule a sit-down with all three owners for any concern, suggestion, or grievance. Our associates are our most precious assets and we take great care to ensure a workplace that is diverse, safe and equitable.

Social Responsibility

We source our ingredients from Fair Trade companies whenever possible and pledge only to do business with ethical organizations. All of our suppliers are required to submit to an extensive background/qualification screening process and are required to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, which ensures: respect for Human Rights and prohibits the use of child labor, any form of forced labor, or human-trafficking in their business practices. We are committed to never doing business with any company that engages in the violation of human rights.

Community Partnerships

As a company, we have a passion for supporting our community and empower our employees to participate/have a voice in our programs. Our people are dedicated to making a difference in their local communities and to caring for our planet.

Respect for the Environment

As a company that relies on securing materials from around the world, we understand the importance of planetary awareness and preservation. We have incorporated a “Think Before You Print” policy in our corporate office and have made a shift to digital marketing materials/mailings whenever possible. We recycle, we compost, and we use smart-technology to minimize energy consumption in our warehouse and corporate office. Tes Beauty has made operating our business with the least environmental footprint possible an integral part of our mission.
